Flatex flat power transmission belts have many advantages over the other types of belts and they:

- Elastically transmit power up to 5000 kW
- Reduce cost
- Sustain tough environments
Core of the belt is made of nylon and belts are available in following types:
- LT - leather and textile coverings
- LL - leather covering on both sides
- GG - rubber covering on both sides
- GT - rubber covering on the running side, textile covering on the top side
Belts are made as jointed or open prepared for joint in dimensions requested by customer. Belts can also be sold in rolls, 510 mm wide and 50-150 meters long.
Another possibility is to buy only rolls of leather for the further attachment on the nylon core. Rolls of leather can be made with or without antistatics covering. Normal dimensions are the same as for the finished belts, width 520 mm and length 50-150 meters.
Belts are also available in endless form with polyester cord and leather, rubber and textile covering.
