 DEODORIZING NON-WOVEN MATERIAL

Is a non-woven material for footbeds improved by special, patented finishing - microensapsulation of essential oils. With this special finishing we can prevent too early evaporation of essential oils and can control slow release of essential oils. Essential oils are gradually released while we are walking and pressing the footbed - there is no release when the footbed is not in use.

Non-woven material with essential oils possesses longer deodorizing effect, protection against odour and high absorption properties. Carefully selected combination of natural essential oils possess deodorizing, antiseptic and bactericidal effect.

Tests show that after 2 months of using the footbed (8 hours/day) it still contains essential oils.

Use: for flat footbeds. Different densities are available on request.

Is a non-woven material for footbeds improved with antibacterial Sanitized®.

Footbeds improved with Sanitized® protect your legs against microbes and unpleasant smell, improve hygiene and increase the comfort for a long term. Sanitized® inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungus which cause foot odour.

Use: for thermo forming (art. F) and for flat footbeds (art. N). Different densities are available on request.

The materials are tested by Sanitized AG (Licence No.: 1561.00).

 

RCT test CertificateANTISTATIC NON-WOVEN MATERIAL

Antistatic non-woven material is designed for use in safety footwear. Antistatic insoles meets DIN-EN 344/1 safety reqirements for conductive or antistatic applications.

Are "sandwich" products composed of two separate components: two layers of different non-woven material, non-woven material with fabric, non-woven material with glue, … Different possibilities according to requirements.
